Rhyan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from the University of Technology Jamaica. He is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with qualifications from the ACCA in the United Kingdom. Rhyan is also pursuing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with the ENEB School of Business Barcelona Spain.

His experience spans over 15 years across several industries to include, Audit and Assurance, petroleum industry, Microfinance, Retail, Logistics and now Financial Services. Rhyan believes in the power of people and works to empower others to do and be their best in the workplace and by extension their personal lives through continued professional development. He believes in finding innovative and efficient ways to execute every task which enables companies to minimize waste and maximize profits.

He is an exceptional team builder and facilitator, who fosters an atmosphere that encourages highly talented accounting professionalism coupled with high level of skills. With a keen ability to analyze cost control, providing timely and frequent financial information that supports corporate goals and objectives. Proven ability to identify and implement critical control mechanisms, which reduce the risk of fraud and errors and complements the control environment. Rhyan is a member of the Rotary Club of Kingston East and Port Royal where has serves in various capacities and on various committees. He is a past board member and Immediate Past Treasurer.
