Ms. Khadrian Smallwood is still engaged in the formative years of her professional career.  She currently has over 15 years of experience at various levels in the Financial sector, and more specifically in Credit Administration including Collections.  Here she has built her years of experience in all aspects of the lending process and has worked in every facet of credit end to end from origination to collection.

Most of her years in the sector have been in Delinquency Management and Collections where she has spent 10 of her 15 years.  Her immense experience in Credit is complemented by another 5 years in Accounts where she gained experience in managing monthly General Ledger and Daily Members’ Ledger,  Bank Reconciliation, and Payroll.

Highly ambitious and Goal Oriented Khadrian hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Technology, and a Certificate in Managing Delinquency in the Micro Portfolio from the Jamaica Institute of Financial Services.  She has also undertaken numerous personal development programs and is poised to climb to the very top of corporate Jamaica and beyond.
