Fayola has over 14 years’ experience in the accountancy profession, 6 of which have been has an Audit Manager. She joined LASCO Microfinance in May 2020 in the capacity of Finance Manager.

Fayola is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Charted Accounts (United Kingdom) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.
