Vanilla Latte

Put your feet up and enjoy a tall glass of our decadent Vanilla Latte; signatured with our LASCO Vanilla Food Drink and Jamaica Mountain Peak Instant Coffee. Cheers!

  1. 1 sachet LASCO Vanilla Food Drink (120g)
  2. 1/2 cup LASCO WHole Milk Powder
  3. 1 cup Rum cream (optional)
  4. 3 tbsp Jamaica Mountain Peak Instant Coffee
  5. 1 1/2 cups Water (12 ozs)
  6. 1/4 cup White Overproof Rum
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, either in a blender or with a whisk. Chill and serve.

French Vanilla Chiller

An enchantingly rich and creamy French Vanilla blend, served well-cold. Made with the LASCO French Vanilla Instant Chocolate, it leaves a delectable flavour on the palate.

  1. 1 sachet LASCO French Vanilla Instant Chocolate Mix
  2. 1 cup Warm coffee (made with 1 tsp. Jamaica Mountain Peak instant coffee)
  3. ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  4. ¼ cup LASCO Whole Milk (mixed)
  5. 4 cubes ice
  6. Whipped cream and chocolate syrup to decorate (optional)
Instructions
  1. • Combine French vanilla mix and the prepared coffee. Stir until combined.
  2. • Mix together vanilla essence and milk then pour into French Vanilla mixture.
  3. • Add ice cubes , top with whip cream and chocolate syrup

  1. 1 Packet LASCO Milky Soy
  2. 2 cups Party ice
  3. ½ cup Clear syrup
  4. 1 cup Rum cream
  5. ¼ Cup White overproof rum
  6. ½ Tsp Cinnamon or nutmeg powder to decorate
  7. Whipped cream to decorate (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses, then decorate with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

  2. 2-3 tbsps Jamaica Mountain Peak Instant Coffee
  3. 1 capful Rum
  4. ¼ cup Clear syrup / sugar
  5. 1 tbsp Coffee
  6. 1 heaped Cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine ice, clear syrup, coffee, food drink and coffee liquor together
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

  3. 1 tbsp Jamaican Rum
  4. 6 Ice cubes
  5. Pinch of salt

Soursop is a popular fruit in the Caribbean, often used to make refreshing drinks to unwind after a long day. It's been touted among Caribbean people as being perfect for a great night's sleep. We have added LASCO Milky Soy for great body and delectable flavour .

  1. 2 cups LASOY Milk Free (mixed)
  2. 2 cups Sour sop Juice (thick)
  3. 2 cups Crushed ice
  4. 2 tbsps Sugar
  5. Nutmeg or ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. 1. Combine in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. 2. Serve with a dash of grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
  3. 3. Chill and then serve cold
Notes
  1. You may also add mangoes, bananas, sweet sops, custard apples, strawberries or papayas. Remove seeds and pits before blending.
