LASCO Company Structure 

The LASCO Group consists of six companies:

 
LASCO Foods (Successors) Limited
LASCO Foods (Successors) Limited manufactures and exports soy-based, nutritious powdered beverages and cereals. LASCO exports products to the following regions: The Caribbean, Central America, United States of America, Canada and the United Kingdom. This range of products is distributed in Jamaica through LASCO Distributors Limited.
 
LASCO Foods Limited
LASCO Foods Limited packages whole milk and skimmed milk powders for the Jamaican market. These products are distributed through LASCO Distributors Limited.
 
LASCO Distributors Limited
LASCO Distributors Limited operates with two Divisions, the Consumer Division and Pharmaceutical Division.
 
LASCO Consumer Division is responsible for the distribution of consumer branded products under the LASCO brand, personal care products under the LASURE brand and household products under the LASCARE brand.
 
LASCO Pharmaceutical Division represents the some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, distributing their respective range of pharmaceutical products locally. The company also distributes its own line of ethical and over the counter pharmaceutical products under the LASMED brand.
 
LASCO Barbados Limited
LASCO Barbados Limited replicates the Jamaican operations in the distribution of a wide range of pharmaceutical, consumer branded foods, personal care and household products. One of the primary functions of LASCO Barbados Limited is the distribution of pharmaceutical products to the Eastern Caribbean markets.
 
LASCO Financial Service Limited & LASCO Remittance Service
LASCO Financial Service Limited is licensed by the Bank of Jamaica to operate a cambio, which trades under the name LASCO Cambio, and is in the business of buying and selling of foreign exchange. LASCO Remittance Service Limited is a representative in Jamaica for Money Gram International.
